There is no RAVE section on this site so.. I will do it here

I don't know if this is done in public here ever but I need to speak my peace and tell everyone about 3 great transactions I made through 3 great people here.

1. Sam Mac.

Sold me a used M18 Kohler and a driveshaft. He worked with me to get the trucking situated which was a huge help. On top of this he palatalized, shrink wrapped, and delivered to a location for pickup for me.

On top of all this he gave me a great price for an engine that was delivered in the exact condition he had described it as. "BTW Sam, it runs great!"

So.. Thank you Sam Mac!

2. IHCubCadet147

Sold me some misc, pto lever parts. Great price once again and shipped fast and arrived quicker than I would have imagined.

Thank you Nickolas for a great deal :beerchug:

3. 35Boulder

Sold me a new wire harness for my 100. He purchased it and could not use it so he sold it to me.. Again. Very fair deal. Shipped fast and arrived as described..

Thanks Dave.

In this day and age there are so many people out there looking to screw anyone they can. I am happy that our little community here seems to care about more than just the all mighty buck.. I felt others here should know about these sources for parts and have no fear with these guys. They all get a big thumbs up in my book.

Thank you all again guys!
Coop

Sire did. I found screw driver marks behind cover that left burrs keeping it from sealing tight. Someone must have pulled it once but did not apply any new RTV. There was only a tiny bit of black factory rtv under the cover. Quick and easy job on bench

Good. :beerchug:

Well I have a pat on the back for a fellow if that is what we are doing here.
A couple of years ago, P. Ballard offered a complete late M-18 Kohler for free.
long story short,
I drove from Near Toledo OH. to south of Joliet IN.
and slid it out of his truck into mine.
And he would not take a penny.
Great guy.
After checking it out, the motor is in very nice shape.
It is oiled down, covered and sitting on a pallet awaiting my next project.
He didn't know me other than from my postings on OCC.
So if I can help someone with a problem, or give a laugh,
I'm paying him back.
( ok, so I get another virgin added to my list awaiting me on Venus also):biggrin2:

Great story.

Yeah sometimes life gets hectic and you forget to thank the people that go out of their way to help ya or they "in your case" won't let ya give them anything. Nice community we have here. I for one will not take it for granted :beerchug:

I have to say that I have dealt with 2 different OCC members and both were a pleasure to do business with and are some of the nicest people you could meet.
