Didn't even realize I had this until tonight. Dad got it at a training school in 1988. He and the company mechanic went to one or two training schools every winter. Cadet, Briggs, Echo, Wisconsin were some of the usual ones they attended.

What say ye Lew, pretty rare piece?

Looks like a $5.00 item to me, but is has sentimental value to you as it links you to your dads past.

I thought it was a toe nail cleaner for big nasty funky punky toes.
