First Start. Actually doesnt sound bad for the few seconds it ran on a puff of ether. Hopefully take it for a spin when the snow melts a little and see what works. The PTO engages, at least when check by hand, and the clutch does too but it seems to slip and brake works. Going to replace those two things anyway...

thanks man, gonna put some gas in it next and try for longer. there's no fuel hose and who knows how dirty the carb bowl is. oil looks good tho. after a good run, it comes apart! got the steering wheel off at least...
