Mower Deck Removal on 100

Was wondering if anyone had any tips for removing the 38" mower deck on my 100. Note that this is all new to me. As I look at the deck it appears to be attached to white sub frame under the tractor. How much of this needs to be removed and is this a one man job? Also how big a deal is it to re install? Just seems like it would be easier to work on with the deck out of the way. Thanks

Check the tech section under implements and a manual should be there.

The Owner's Manuals are in Technical Library Section as mentioned before. See Link...... Pin on Decks

Lower the deck to the ground, pull out the back two spring loaded pins and the deck will just roll forward and off the front lift arms there. Get the belt off the pulley, raise the lift and slide it out from under the tractor.

Easy one man job.

Installation is opposite of removal.

I'm staring at this 100 and for the life of me I cannot see how to remove the belt from over the front pulley without removing the whole front end...am I missing something?

You need to loosen up the adjuster on the PTO disengagement lever with the PTO engaged and slide it out between that and the PTO.

edit: Engine off, obviously
