Cub Cadet 100 Nearly Done
1 Attachment(s)
Thought I’d share some progress on the 100. Sorry about the orientation, no matter what I do when it uploads it flips the pic sideways or upside downs.

The tractor looks great! I'm not familiar with that cool looking cart! What is it?

Good looking 100, and cart.

Boy that is purdy!!!

Cub 100 & cart
Thanks all- I appreciate all the compliments! Just a couple more things to do to the engine before firing it up. It feels good seeing it all together, it’s my first one. The cart is actually an older John Deere 7. I have an IH #2 dump cart as well but I think I’m going to keep it in its current well-used condition. I wanted a small cart I could fix up to pull the kids around and I thought the little JD cart looks kind of cool with the curved bottom. It felt good converting it to go with a Cub.

Great job on the tractor and cart!

Looks nice! I like the curvy sides on the cart, less corner for crap to collect and rust, easier to clean. That is if you get it dirty.
|
Nice job! I like that yellow color. What did you go with?

Goals... I love seeing nicely done 100's. Can't wait to tear into mine come spring. :beerchug:

That's very sharp looking. I have a 100 I'm having a hard time deciding what to do with. I think they're really cool looking with the round fenders. But buying the fenders is more than I have invested in the tractor itself. I'm kind of scared of it as I do not have fenders on mine, I have kids that like to get close to the tractors when I'm running them and I worry about catching my own leg in a rear wheel. I have a complete blasted and primed 102 in pieces sitting near by in my garage. Both would need painted, the 100 is half butchered, but the 102 is already primed and ready, so I'm thinking about painting the 102 and moving the engine and drivetrain over to it because it has fenders. :bigthink:
