Today I fnally got my new Tru-Powers on the 149! Brought em home this afternoon and switched the old turfs over to the 1450 to be my mowing tractor and put the ags on the 149 along with my wheel weights. Then I put the blade on and got some pics finally!! Later this evening I'm gonna go try em out by filling in a big hole for a guy that I fixed a waterline for. Here are the pics.

57130,

I, too, got my Tru-Powers installed and was absolutely impressed by the traction they offer. They do not compare to the old stock tires and look cooler than anything! I will be posting pictures of the hill I was able to go up while mowing without spinning at all.

Glad to hear your tires are "bad to the bone."

Have fun while working on your "around the house jobs." Please post some pictures! Why have we not installed these tires before?:beerchug:

Best regards,

Jeff

57130....great looking "meat & taters!!!" (tires and weights). I like my Tru Power Ags, too, for both the look and the performance. If you plan on using them this winter, then you still might want some chains or to lessen the tire pressure a bit for more grip in the snow. Mine slipped on me a little this past winter in some deep snow until I chained the dogs up. Also, great looking 149!!

Thanks for all the compliments guys! I tried 'em out by pushing the compost pile together last night. THey still spun a little but the difference was that they spun less and they kept going. I'm kicking myself for not getting pctures because it would climb right up onto the pile and could have gone right over it if I'd let it! I'll be doing it again soon because the chickens spread the pole right back out, so I'll get pictures then. I too wish I'd done this earlier. Thanks everyone!!

Looking good! Nice choice in tire, can't wait to see some action shots of it either.
