Is this the correct front wheel for a 129?

On the Cub parts site, I'm finding: IH-545730-R2 Wheel Assy, Front 5.38/8 Rim for 16 X 6.50-8 Tires

Will this fit?

Frank...thanks again! That was a lightening fast post! Much better price on the Miller than the Cub website. I know Jon was telling me something about it needing to have the correct offset, etc...don't quite remember all the particulars of what he mentioned. Just curious...was the one I listed also the right one though?
