Does anyone have Hydraulic lift on their NF???

I need to know how long the pump is, or how long the bracket is....and the distance from center of the pulley, to the frame edge.
I came up with an inexpensive setup, is readily available, and has tons of gpm and psi.
But I want to add a tank to make it look oem.

I need some measurements, and then I'll put my directions, and photos on here.

NF pump

Make sure it turns the right direction.:beerchug:

:), yes, the search was easier than I thought. I was going to tear a GM pump apart, and re machine it to spin the other direction....but found a pump that's compact, spins the correct direction.

JUST NEED A LENGTH to fabricate a tank the correct size!!!!!

Looking forward to updates.

Well, there may be nothing to update if I can't get a measurement from someone.
Either nobody on this site has a factory hydraulic set up (doubtful), or those who do have one, think they're holding a national defense secret and are guarding it with their lives.

i have one and it is off right now but not sure of the measurement you need, the bracket goes to the frame and on top of that there is a second one that holds the self contained pump. the second one on top is slotted for adjustments of the belt.
the bottem bracket that bolts to the frame is 6x6 inches has 3 holes and has 3 1/2 spacers from the frame, top part of that bracket that the pump bracket bolts to is 3 inches wide by 6 long and has sloted holes for the adjustments.
the second top bracket that hold the pump is almost 9 inches long but you will need to modify this to your pump. the cylinder has a 5 inch stroke i think and from what i read it all is a very low pressure setup like around 400 psi.

mabey they made it all low pressure so things do not bend twist or break when not properly adjusted or used. any other questions just ask.

Thanks. I have a pump without a tank....but I'm fabricating a tank that will mount to it so it will appear to be a complete unit like the IH factory unit.

The main thing I needed to know was the total length of the pump...which seems to be 9" from what you wrote.

Thanks again.

the bracket that the pump set on is approx 9 inches long, and the pulley sets out front of that bracket, being as this will be a custom fab job you can use theses as starting measurements and go from there, like i said the factory set up uses a 5 inch stroke but depending on where you place things this this can change, do you have the cylinder you plan on using.
i am repainting mine and have it all in pieces, cylinder was ceased to the mounting pin on the bottom and while i have it off decided to get new hoses. that is how i know of the pump pressure, puts out like 400 psi, also downloaded manuel on pump for future referance. was not sure of fluid till i looked it up. can use hy tran or 10 wt motor oil, will go with hy tran i think.
