I posted that a few weeks ago when he had it listed for $1500, even at $1300 I still think he's asking way to much.

I hit the "best of" button.

Just proves "Never confuse the skill of the operator with the quality of the machine!" and "you've got to be smarter than the tool you're working with!"
My guess is it's owned by one of the millennial "sprained thumb" generation who has no business operating power tools.
