Axle seal leak ??

Took the tires and rims off my Cub 1200, because I studded some old tires to help me plow through the last storm. When I took the right side rim/tire I noticed the axle was wet, and the tire/rim had some oil on it. This a sign of an axle seal leak? Not the best with these tractors, so I’m asking. Thanks.

When you pop these out to replace them, be sure not to ding the outside edge of the bearing race, it will chip a piece the edge off if you are not careful.
