Throttle lever-cable 106 CC.
Just joined, I have a 1971 CC 106, I need a new-er throttle lever cable, I looked up forum sponsor Patton acres, it looked like they had one for the NF but didn't specifically state for the 106, opinions?
I also recently overhauled k-241 with MOM in gas and straight down spark plug hole for several days and it smoked incredibly then cleared up with minor smoke. Plans for 106 is pulling boat around yard and listening to that old school idle. I priced boring out at $85.00 and crank at $80.00 in Stuart Fl. This will be many years out as It's only a toy as I cut my small yard with a 25 inch Snapper RER 10hp 1994 model. Thanks in advance, as I read through many threads I liked the answers that J-mech gave so I decided to join-today. All the best, Kevin |
The part number you want is IH-543919-R1. I'd call Patton to be sure. New is around $34.00 various places.

wished I'd read this last night, I'd of laughed myself to sleep,----- instead of this morning, spitting coffee out my nostrils onto my keyboard/screen on this old dina- sour laptop. but it needed a good cleaning I guess, it had a lot of popcorn hulls stuck under the keys. :BangPC: |

Thanks, I think? I find myself very funny, wife of 26 years, not so much.
Much appreciated on the IH part number, no one caught that MMO overhaul? Let me adjust to New site and I will post pictures and emojis to show point of view. Times fun when you have flys! Kevin |
