Snap ring pliers

Anyone have a snap ring pliers recommendation. I bought these a few years ago and they work alright but I have broke the ends off some of them. The whole set is only cost about $10 so probably not worth trying to get new ends.

Maybe something that was a little better quality.

Having been using tools since I was a teenager and being a Professional Technician, I have found that buying "good" tools are cheaper in the long run. With the exception of losing them or being stolen, they last a Life Time.

Im not a professional, but I bought a lot of my tools used , but pro quality off of Ebay and garagejournal.com . Many times excellent condition used USA made tools can be had for not much more than China Freight versions.

Knipex snap ring pliers are the best I have used, I have tried many over the years and none hold up as good as Knipex. Nothing worse than have the ring pop off the pliers flying into the unknown, lol

Once those clips fly off the pliers , they disappear into low earth orbit never to reenter the atmosphere again.

I picked these up at a local store 5 or 6 years ago when I needed some that day. They got that job done a several more sense then, I got $10 worth of use out of them.

As far as the Knipex set goes, I'm sure their great but at 66 I don't need a $165 set of snap ring pliers.
I was thinking something a "Little" better, maybe $20 to $30.
