Front PTO on a 127 and 149

just picked up two Cubs, a 127 with a weak front PTO, and a 149 with a PTO missing parts. The 149 had a IH plow welded on the front, and the 127 has a mower deck. I would like to get the PTO`s working. Is there easy ways or do I try and get an electric PTO conversion for them? Thanks in advance

how do I know which one is on the 149 if over half the parts are missing?

The 149 was the last series of Cubs that used a Mechanical PTO. Thus, it would be the Type B with a Brake, but a Type B without a brake would work also.

Well I started pulling it apart and the po welded the pulley to the hub. So I will see what I can do now

Ouch. Good luck! Hopefully you can get it off without ruining the crankshaft.
