Would anyone be able to give me the dimensions of the trunion repair bracket i have access to a mill and would like to build one for my 107 thanks

1/8th would be pretty close to the thickness you would need.

You guys know that Aaron at xtrememotorworks.com sells the repair for these for $11.50 right? I mean, I own a lathe, but I'm not going to spend an hour making a part I can buy for a little over $10.

Plus $7 shipping.
Couple tacks with the welder in the corners, and a little file work in most cases, good to go.

$18.50 is still worth it in my book. But I agree.... a couple "blips" with a welder in the corners usually fixes them up. :beerchug:
