My deck is suddenly making a very loud whine/squeal when the PTO is engaged. I've checked the bearings and they spin freely and quietly by hand. The belts are new. I listened to see if I could pinpoint the source of the sound but can't tell if it is left, right or center. There is no play in the deck spindles, and they feel smooth. Has anyone had an issue similar to this?

Spindles, idlers, pto. Anything the belt turns against could be a culprit. Bottom of deck is clear of obstruction? Also the belt could be stretched and slipping.
