Cub Cadet 100 w/ mower deck mounting problem

Hi folks,
Been a while since I've been on here. Moved from Ct. to SC. last Nov. and loving it. Brought down my 1200 and 100.

Never had a mower deck with my 100 but picked one up a few months ago. Trying to get it set up and running into a problem where the deck is pitched forward and I can't figure out how to level it to the shop floor. It's so bad that the belt will not stay on the pulley. Going to try and load some pictures and hopefully someone with a 100 set up can let me know what's going on with it. As it is now the center blade with the deck all the way down is about an inch off the floor and the rear of the blade is about 2.5 inches. Thanks,
Joe

Best I can tell, that's a quick attach mule drive mounted to the frame which the 100 didn't come equipped with. Also noticed that the front deck hangers appear to be home made. I'm not home to take pictures of the correct set up, I'm sure someone will chime in with what you need. Found this picture on my phone of my 100. Has the pin on style mule drive that was used up to the 123. The QA mule probably hangs a little lower. Looks like a nice 100 with the hydraulic lift and creeper gear

Thank you Rmowl for your response to my dilemma. Posting a few more pics so you and others can see what I have going on here.

Not sure why my pictures are coming out sideways or upside down as in the case of the second one down above which is showing the blade and how tilted it is to the concrete floor. Pictures were right side up on my gallery.

Three things to check closely; 1) The hanger "fork" the portion that slides onto the lift lever is badly worn which allows the front of the deck to droop. 2) The lift lever where the "fork" rests is also worn...has flat spot worn on it not round.
3) This affects side to side...the lift arm on the right side of the lift lever appears to lower than the left side arm.

Consider the fact this tractor and deck are over 52 yrs old...there is cumulative wear through out...it adds up to a droopy deck. It can be corrected, but will take a great deal of welding, grinding and fitting.:beerchug:

That's a nice looking 100 you have there. Keep posting pictures from all angles. Folks here will be able to figure it out for you.

My 100 had the same issue when I got it. I ended up having to rework the piece that attaches to the front of deck. Mine was bent and it made the deck hang low in front. I welded on the arm that runs up to the rockshaft at a slight angle to the arms running to the deck to raise the front of the deck. This is the only pic I can find that shows the angle. I also added a belt guide to keep the belt from flying off.

There are two sets of holes in the sub frame here, you might try putting the hangers in the more forward holes.
