Help with wheel not turning

I looked at a 127 the other day and one back wheel would not turn. I didn't have a lot of time to look at it but was wondering your thoughts on the issue.

Seems like it wouldn't be transmission related but possibly a stuck brake. I would assume if it was transmission related either both wheels would turn or both wheels would not turn.

Thoughts?? :bigthink:

I would think it's a brake issue.

External brakes or internal brakes??

6/7 series has external brakes.

Is this happening when you're trying to push it, I assume?

as stated, external brakes.

Yes, when it is being pushed and appears that the hydrostatic lever has been released.

Sounds like a stuck brake. If it's been sitting outside, it could be rusted to the disc. If it were something like the hydro release not working, then it would either be really hard to push or one wheel would turn forwards while the other turned backwards. I've done my fair share of moving hydro tractors around by picking up one side when the hydro release was broke.
