60' Tank zero turn pto fail

Hi all, I have a 2013 tank. The pto went out and since it went out suddenly, I'm hoping that it's just the solenoid. I picked up a generic solenoid yesterday and hopefully it will work. What do you folks think? Also the shop in Greenville swears that my stators were replaced but I'm on my third battery. Any ideas on how to replace stators?

Ok is it a pto failure or electrical issues? Does it click when you pull the switch?
