Tire size ?
 

Hello. New the the forum. Thanks for letting me join. My question is, what is the original tire sizes ( front and rear) for a 108? Thanks in advance.

The rears would be 23x8.50-12 and the front would be 4.00-8 with the option of 16x6.50-8.

Stock was:

Front: 4.80/4.00 - 8

Rear: 6 - 12

Really? I bet that looks like crap.

That is what the Brochures and Data Sheets say. I would have thought the 8.50's were then norm, not so.

I've only ever saw one 8/9 series tractor with 6-12's on it and that was an 86, i'm not debating that they were stock but it would appear the vast majority were upgraded to the 23x8.50 either from the factory or at the dealer.

I agree. I haven't seen a 1x8/9 tractor with 6-12's either. I actually looked at three different sources to confirm it, cause I didn't think it was right.

If it were mine, I think I would go with the 8.50's, if not the 10.50's.

I'd definitely go with the 8.5" tires if you're going to pull a plow. That said, 10.5" tires look great on my 169. In a perfect world I'd have a set of turf 10.5's and some ag style 8.5's.

Edit- Who am I kidding? In a perfect world I'd just get another cub. Or ten.
