Unknown condition 123 need help

Right now I have a 123. The motor is shot and I can push it around very easily. How do I know if the rear end is good or the hydro? My other 123 is hard to move around.

You won't unless it's running.:bigthink:

I'm thinking about putting in a yammer diesel. 7hp motor in it.

I'm sure others will disagree but I wouldn't do that to a 123. I think of them as kind of a classic, they are the first hydro, the last all steel made model.
I would look for a 1x9.
But that's just my opinion and it's your tractor and money.

The thing is beyond shot. I could not even sell it for $140 with factory headligts. Trust me it's no loss.

No, but for lots of reasons I'm not going to get into.

Why don't you just part it out? I'd rather see you sell off what's good than do a repower with a less than suitable motor leaving nothing usable.
