Good 42" deck
No fancy options
12 HP engine runs, but the tractor hasn't been driven. I got it to run, but still need to adjust and get a battery. Good PTO

I had a guy stop by and ask about it. I told him it wasn't for sale, but that I'd contact him if I decided to sell.

What's it worth as it sits?

I'd say no more than $250 but if you do a bit more work and can get it to run and mow it will be worth a good bit more.
