102 creeper gear

Finally tore my creeper gear out, I'm still not entirely sure why it's grinding and not engaging. My buddy thinks the gears are worn, but I'm sure that the linkage just needs tightening somehow.

Looks like you need to take it apart and clean it. The problem will present itself.
