Does anybody have an idea what this thing mounts to, and if its worth more the a trip to the junk yard??

I believe that is a snowthrower for a Lawn Tractor.

Ok, well it looks like an ih/danco... if its for an LT, then should i throw it in the scrap pile?

If you have the model number, check that auger or chute aren't the same as one for a GT. Might be other small parts worth keeping too, pulleys, ect.

Just my 2cts id put it out there for sale, I'm sure someone would want it. There's people who collect the cub lawn tractors too. Their not making those blowers anymore.

Wow I haven't seen one either. Any of the LT's use a creeper? Seems like they would definitely need it or your leg would get sore in the deep stuff :bigthink:

In 1st gear the LT's barely move, plenty slow enough for a blower.
