Tiller mount for a 1450
1 Attachment(s)
Hey folks! I want to buy a 1A U1111 tiller and mount it to my cub 1450 and want to make sure the mount buy is correct AND complete. Thanks for the help guys! The picture is of the mount set up I'd like to buy.

None of that is needed for a tiller, the tiller gearbox bolts to the rearend and the tiller hooks up to the gearbox.

I was thinking I had to have a sleeve hitch for a rear mount tiller?

You need a 3 point hitch, not a sleeve hitch adapter.

Sorry guys!! I was having a hard time understanding what i needed. I went to an old-timer dealer near me and he agreed that i need a 3 pint hitch, not the sleeve hitch, and then showed me the difference and the parts. The tiller I found I'm going to try and buy is mounted to a 149. i know the mounts and lifting arm are different from that to my 1450, but the dealer has a lot parts, so i should be able to to bring my tractor to him and piece the rest together. The tiller is complete and will come with the mounting hardware from the 149. so im confident that i'll either be able to make it work, or have all the pieces i need. sorry about the confusion on my end and frustration on your guys end. thank you for the advice and most of all, patience. I'm trying hard to learn all this as fast as i can.

Here's my 1A tiller on my 125 ( it would be the same on your 1450 )

Not to detract from the OP, but what is used to mount the lower arms of the tiller to the gear box?
