Electric Lift Replacement?
Has anyone tried this actuator? Do you think it would be a direct replacement? :bigthink: Factory electric lifts are getting a bit pricey these days.

There have been some posts here about where to get a replacement e-lift. Probably our (admin team's) fault for not saving the posts in a thread somewhere for future lookers. I'd say that is about as close to the original as you can get. IIRC, Duff-Norton is the original manufacturer of the e-lift on the Cubs. If you buy it, please follow up with fitment and maybe some pics and I will try and save the thread in the "Parts" section or something. :beerchug:

here is a post from another forum about the CC lift.
But it is from 2001 I have a 147 with an Electric lift also. You can still get parts for the lift from Duff-Norton. They are the OEM for the lift. Here is a spec sheet on the lift http://www.duffnorton.com/guides/TMD500MP.pdf. and here is the link to their website. http://www.duffnorton.com/repair.asp They have autherized repair centers. It will cost $180 to completely rebuild and $280 for a brand new lift. |
