When engine running should oil be coming out of the line from the bottom of trans with some force?

Sure it is...Its called renewable energy resources...Keep putting fluid in it and let the earth regenerate it... may take a few hundred years....Keep passing down your machine (whatever it is) and maybe one of those new quarts of oil will be that of a previous generation of oil leakers....

Your the one with the tractor that is not roto-tating well from another thread? My guess is it should not also be venting dino blood back onto terra firma as such. You should post more info along with pictures. This is a terrific place to gain knowledge to fix such issues. Good luck with the tractor.
