Cub 1211 Steering

Anybody have any experience on repairing or knowledge of available parts for this older cub. Picked it up at a reasonable price, mows and runs great but it's like herding a gaggle of geese to drive. Spindles and steering rod linkage are all tight. Thanks for any info.
