Pto clutch spring

Is this spring bent? Is it sprung? I won't be using a mower on this tractor so can I just flatten in out some and reassemble?

It's sprung. I think if you flatten it think it will just go back to bent. If you're not using a mower don't put the pto back on. It won't hurt anything if it's off.
