NF hydro lift belt
I just about have my hydro lift restored for my 100. Just wondering if any body has a belt number for it or the size. I was hoping to get one from NAPA.
Thanks Tom |
I would highly recommend spending a few more dollars and using a genuine Cub Cadet belt due to the amount of work involved to change the belt.

this will tell you the length but I agree with Jeff. |

Dad mentioned once about those NF hydro units at the shop he worked in someone would wire up another belt in the area (somehow) so if/when the hydro belt took a dump it'd be easier to replace than pulling the engine/rear end.

I finished the Hydro lift for the 100 a few weeks ago but got busy with farming and never took the time to post some pictures. I had a chance to use it when I tilled the garden and it is great not having to lift that heavy tiller by hand any more. I should have put this on years ago when I first bought it. Here are a couple of pictures.
I rebuilt hyd cyl with new piston, shaft and seals. also resealed hyd pump. Attachment 75341 Primered and ready for paint Attachment 75342 Painted with Federal yellow with Valspar hardener. Attachment 75343 pump and lift installed, Hood and grill next. Attachment 75344 |
Wow that looks great there Tom! Nice to see going the extra mile and doing a good job putting it back together, sweet!
