Removing an exhaust elbow
 
What's best way to remove exhaust elbow, without messing up block, I sure it is posted on here some where, but short on time this morning

You may have to heat it up red hot with a torch, been there, done that...

Some have had luck with heat, or doing it cold with BFH and a pipe wrench. I just did one and nothing worked. Had to saw it off flush then use hacksaw blade and cut 3 slits inside of it then use chisel to break pieces off, obviously being careful of threads. Got idea from member triplethreat
