Help.....Need some measurements

I purchase a protective canopy that will be on my 800 when it is finish.

It has the factory rear roll over-wheelie bars.

I'm missing part #2 and #3.

They go between the protective canopy (area that has the black dots) and frame rails.

Here is a picture from a brochure.

Can someone post or send me the measurements frame stiffener bar?

Thanks in advance.

Here is a better view where the frame stiffener bar connects to the canopy:

This what the 800 look like before it was disassemble.

Could you make a stiff cardboard template and have a local shop bend the #3 brace?

The number 2 is small enough to fabricate easily.

Looks like fun.

Good luck! You'll have fun finding tree limbs with that cub. :beerchug:

#2 and #3 have the same part number. I'm trying to keep it close to factory as I can.

I shouldn't have any problems with tree limbs. Lowest one is at least 7 feet from the ground.

Nice find on that ROPS Dale. Wish I could help you, but I've only seen pictures of those. Glad you scored it! I cannot wait to see your lunatic fringe on that canopy. You just need a seat belt now.

Seems like once a week I see something I never knew existed in Cub land! Very cool. :beerchug:
