Well, after seeing all the fun 64fleetside has been having with his newly acquired 1650, I just couldn’t resist checking this one out;

Thank you for using craigslist.

As it seems many of you have, I’ve been toying with the idea of building a 1600 for some time, or possibly swapping a K341 into my 1450 to run a QA42a and then building a 1400 but haven’t been able to come up with the engine. Seems to be plenty of 12 and 14 hp versions of the Quietlines around but rarely see any of the big boys.
So, first day off in forever. Off I went in the high winds and heavy rain, crossing the Braga bridge (which has been under construction for the past 75 years) over the Taunton river and up into Rehoboth.
Now talk about ironic, turns out I know the guy. He used to be the parts guy at the local John Deere Construction Equipment dealer. Haven’t seen him in years! And where did the tractor originally come from? Sylvia’s Lawn and Garden Center (now Goldsteins) in Westport, owned by the family of a friend of mine! I’ve been driving by there every day for the last 25 years!

Would it be too much to ask you to take a photo of the hydraulic cylinder and how it's attached on the plow?:Help: I'm setting my 1650 up with dual hydraulics just as yours is and I'm going to put a cylinder on my plow to adjust the angle as your is. A picture is worth a 1000 words they say! Whoever they is! :biggrin2: Thanks!
