It is pretty fast, seems like the govner needs some tuning, hydro is good and tight, smokes like a late freight. Quietline looks hard to work on....engine bounces around but driveline is good, even has all blades on the fan and non leaking valves. Muffler busted up.

The guy selling it seems like a real clown!

He is really a good guy, called me and left a voicemail this evening-he has the owners manual to it and forgot to give it to me.

Congrats on the dual stick, let the work begin.:beerchug:

Cool find for $200! Quietlines aren't really that hard to work on really. Muffler box broke is pretty common. Mine cracked out a muffler support bolt. I left the box on and put an straight pipe on my 1200. I'd say the ISO mounts are shot. Either new ones or go solid and do the cradle mod. Tins are easy enough to find. If it starts good, I'd use it and see if she's burning oil and how much. Cool find, I'd like to find a twin stick quietline or a newer, like a 1811 or similar.
