What kind of blade is this?

Bought an O today and it had this blade on the front:
I am going to be selling it so I better know what kind it is
The cablematic lift system is rare I'm sure:biggrin2:

Well this Dick Tracy figure's it is from a Jacobsen,or Alllis Chalmers....
