1st time fluid filled tires
1 Attachment(s)
I decided to give filling the tires on my 100 a try, I bought a adapter and used a transfer pump, It was easy. I was only able to get about 3.5 gallons in each 6-12 tire but I'm sure any extra weight helps.
thats probably all they will hold, a 23x8.50 will only hold 6 gallons and there a good bit bigger.
How do you know when it is full? does it make a mess?? :bigthink:
I filled them until fluid came out of the bleeder on the fill adapter, or to the level of the Schrader valve. There wasn't much of a mess, I might have lost a cup or two on the floor.
oh nice. I didn't realize their was a bleeder on the fitting. Where did you get the fittings to do it?

that's awesome, thanks!

Mine looks just like the napa one except it's the tire slime brand, I got it at TSC.
How much air goes in after you fill with fluid?
I filled it to the pressure rating on the tire.
