I finally installed the float button on my 125 ....
and it's amazing how nice the float feature works on my 125 with the 42" cast iron end mower. :beerchug:
Back in '03 when I purchased the 125, the button for the lift handle was missing so I drilled and tapped a piece of 1/2" round bar. That worked for setting it in a notch but since it didn't have the correct cutout plus the push button on the handle itself was broken, no float. I made the correct handle button ( thank to Lew for the original to copy ) and installed a factory float button in the handle. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...2.jpg~original The lawn looks even better now :biggrin2: |
looks good as always Jeff, if i were in need of one what would it cost?

Can you make the little lock button too? The 125 I gave my bro was missing the little button. Would be cool to get him one.....

I'll check again on that. I thought I had looked and it wasn't available. :bigthink: Maybe I just assumed. That was a while back.
Nice work as always! :beerchug: |
Nice job Jeff! :beerchug:
I finally made a wire bail to lock float on my O earlier this summer. It's nice when the little jobs make a big difference! Bill |
