Cub Cadet 129 hydro problems!

I have a hydrostatic drive cub cadet 129 that's having issues. It runs awesome but won't drive. If it sits running for a few minutes I can drive it 10-20 feet then it just slows down to a stop like the hydro pump just looses pressure or something. Then let it sit another few minutes and you can drive another 10 feet. I flushed the fluid and changed the filter and no difference. I messed with what looks like 2 pressure relief valves on the pump and no difference and I replaced the o-rings on them and still nothing. What is wrong? I thought these things were bulletproof ? And when it does drive for that short distance it goes good I've driven it right up some steep ramps into my truck before

Proper fluid, proper filter?

Explain. Are they auto relief valves (flush on top) or are they manual relief valves (pin sticking out the top)? If they are manual, do the pins move up and down freely when you push on them?

Check the roll pins in the drive shaft.

They are manual relief valves and they move up and down nicely

Please explain what you mean in more detail what is highlighted in red.
"Another few minuets", and "Messed with".

While we're at it, please explain what this means: "I flushed the fluid"
