Good, Better, Best ZTR

Hi guys,

I've been thinking of picking up a ZTR. I really don't know much about them, so I thought I'd ask the experts.

If you were looking to pick up another ZTR, which model would you look for?

I mow a little over an acre of pretty level ground.

Thanks,

Ike

Scag or Kubota

Toro also makes a great ZTR. The one my brother has is one tough mower. Some of the kubotas scare me with the hydro setup being one unit.

A lot will depend on your budget and what you can afford. I like Gravely, but my next choice would be Kubota.

Thanks for all the feedback everyone.

What, no good Cub Cadet ZTR? :bigthink:

I may try to pick up a ZTR for a Winter project. Something that needs a little TLC.

Thanks, Ike

Exmark & Scag. Watch out for some of the Kubota ZD's. I hear they had an issue with some of the hydro's. I guess basically if you want something heavy duty it needs to cost $8K+ new.:biggrin2:
