Spirol Pin Driver Set
Somewhere on this forum I saw a reference to a spirol pin driver set that I think McMaster-Carr sells. I am getting ready to rebuild my clutch and can use a set of these drivers. Does anyone know a supplier and part # for these tools?
Thanks, Bob |
I have several sets from various places but Mac tools has a really good set. You can also get a set made by Proto from Grainger too, which seem to last well.

Sears has a good set also.

related tool: Another member here had a 'spreader type pry bar' - it was a bar with a wedge on one end, split, so you could put it over a shaft and drive it, forcing the wedge to push whatever was mounted on the shaft apart.
For things like rock shaft, lift arm, etc - it seem indispensable. But I dont know what it is called or where to get one (did do some limited search but without the right name I am getting mostly nail pullers) |

I picked up the Craftsman set today at my local Sears store. I printed out the web page and they honored the price for $1.50 off.
Thanks! |
