782 sleeve hitch bracket

This 782 is a CCC 1983 with aluminum rear axle and has a lower sleeve hitch bracket that I haven't seen before. It has the 3 lower holes but also has a hole above those farther up. I thought it could be part of a bagger or something. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Guess I should have searched a little more, found it on parts tree. Its a sleeve hitch adapter for a 400 tiller.
