3 Point Hydraulic Hoist

5 Attachment(s)
I just finished my latest project, a 3 point hydraulic hoist. It's going to be a real back saver.
I was concerned about lifting heavy objects and putting too much weight on the 3 point. I came up with the idea of adding crazy wheels to the hoist's base. The wheels will carry most of the weight load.
I added an arm which has a pin on it's end. The pin goes through the hole in another tractor's hitch plate. The arm is then raised with the winch which picks up the rear of the tractor so I can move it.
I can use the hoist just like an engine crane to pick up or load heavy objects.
Here are some pictures of my contraption. What do you think?

I may add a thing or two so for now I'm not going to paint it.

That's looks great! It's a far better use of the f525 deck wheels. The hitch picker is a clever idea. :beerchug:

Side note: Sam, I have to double take now every time you post, your new avatar photo throws me off. LoL

Very cool contraption. Similar to the Ag-Krane I'm wanting to build.

That's a really neat rig! I bet it is really handy.. looks like you put a lot of thought into it!:beerchug:

Ive always wanted to reverse a cub cadet and build a mini forklift on the back like some tractor mfg's did in the 50's and 60's
