If nothing else you should be able to get your money back parting it out. I hate when they set outside with no air cleaner...

Looks like the deck is on it. Id say offer a hundred then maybe go to 125

I noticed the lack of air cleaner too and also hate that. If it's close I'll go check it out.

I just talked to the guy:
it does run, but it dies when you try to drive it or engage the deck.
It has new:
points
coil
condenser
muffler

he has rebuilt the carb and can't figure it out

He has the side panels and an extra mowing deck for it.

He is tired of messing with it

Woop, I think you're right, the deck may be there. My first thought was that, that was a dueley wheel and a brake rotor laying there.

If he' telling the truth, it's still worth good money for pars if nothing else. Better go get it.
