Cub Cadet 126 steering issues

I had my 126 out today and its been a few weeks since I last used it. I could not get it to steer, almost impossible to move steering wheel in either direction. I am guessing it needs to be rebuilt, any help would be great, Thanks

I would take the linkage off the steering box and try turning the tires alone. You will find out if its in the box or the spindles are rusted up.

Before wrenching on it, I would just jack up the front end enough to lift the tires off the ground and investigate. See if anything is obstructing its movement. If nothing obvious is found, then you can disconnect the rods and see what is up.

Did you leave it outside in the rain? When was the last time that you greased it?

its probably a spindle thats stuck, as said unhook the tie rod to see which one is stuck.

I would tend to agree with everyone on this...had a similar issue on my 149 and found it when I was replacing bad tie rod ends...it was steering hard to the left!
