I haven't found a source for a cover. I must be missing something. Any ideas?

Did you try your local upholstery shop?

Closed up around here. Was hoping for someone online.

Hmmmm.....I know a guy up in Michigan who had 2 of them done up and he was asking either $150 or $180/each for them. That is too high for my wallet, but maybe he can give me a lead. I hope to see him this weekend. Sorry, that I don't have any better info for you now.

I don't have to have OE stuff, but this seat is nice, so I hate to toss it for the later metal back type.

I just picked up a new copy of Cub Connection Magazine and in it on page 27 is an ad for Speer Cusion Co. and they show what your looking for. Their site is www.speercushion.com

Perhaps their website is not up to date.
But it appears they only offer to rebuild your fiberglass shell.
Versus being able to buy a cover or seat outright.

IF.......they are available, looks like they will sell you the whole seat.

Do you have a fabric store in your area? A lot of times they have vinyl in stock in various colors. Then all you need is some thin foam to finish.
