1650 Hydro Help!

1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys I need a little help from the experts. When the hydro lever on my 1650 is in the neutral position the tractor acts like it is in reverse. I have to put the lever at about an 1 1/2" above the neutral position for it to be in neutral. Now when I press my brake pedal it automatically centers the hydro lever to the neutral position like it should but of course the tractor is trying to reverse at the same time. Also the little indicator arrow lines up with the follower when the lever is in neutral which makes me think the linkage is set right. Now, I have been comparing the hydro and all the linkage regarding it to a 1450(which works properly) that I have and can see no difference between them in any way. Now I did reseal the pump end of the hydro but I don't see how that could have caused my problem. It seems like the problem lies with the cross shaft that goes through the finned aluminum housing possibly being out of time? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The "cam bracket" needs to be adjusted properly. Click on this link and go to page 2-57 for full explanation of the procedure.... Service Manual
