Finding the right pulley...
A few months back I inquired about using a "standard" drive pulley on the crankshaft for the starter/generator. With that being said after taking measurements of the original pulley with the clutch basket on it (that i don't need anymore) it seems the pulley does not have a very wide groove for the belt to ride. My original measures 7.5" o.d. with a .375" v-groove opening to fit on a 1.0" shaft. Can anyone direct me to a similar in size drive pulley to purchase that does not have the clutch mechanism?:beatdeadhorse:

Midwest Super Cub sells them

One off an original will work.

Thanks to all for the info. Looks like the $5.75 one from grainger is the deal of the day. I just need to e-mail them to find out the max RPM of it. I need it to handle a max of 4000.
