Cyclops lift control valves
my brother has a 1863 we are going to make into a 1864 by adding power steering. we would also like to have 2 hydraulic valves for angle blade and such. am i correct that the valves are stackable? has anyone made lines with those kinds of fittings successfully? or what models came with the double valve setup if any that i might be able to look for lines from oem if any are available?thanks guys

The double valves were optional on all hydro-lift cyclops. It was a rare option from what I have seen. Sam had the fittings to stack them made. I think a good hydraulic shop could make the lines/fittings.

Here is a thread I have bookmarked from this site as I am going to do the same thing this spring, add a 2nd valve to my 1864. There's some good reading material in there :beerchug:

I added a 2nd valve to my 2084 to run front hydraulics. I bought a used kit from one of the parts vendors, wasn't too expensive and had all fittings and brackets. They stack easily, just have to extend the slot in the dash for the 2nd control handle.

Yep I have the adapters that go between the valves when you stack them.
This is the pricing for the valve adapters Valve adapters are $7.00 ea Shipping is $3.00 for 1-3 This is what they look like. |

I don't, and am not near the tractor right now, sorry. The valve mounting is very obvious, just attaches to the existing valve and the lever location is directly above the existing dash lever, you just extend the rectangular cutout in the dash. Hose routing is just the easiest path that doesn't come in contact with any moving parts, was very easy. This is for adding front outlets, not sure of the challenges of adding power steering.
