Putting the Quiet in QL
 

So Today I started my project..


I did not take a DB meter level prior to starting. I got a 4X4 2lb/sq ft lead sheet. I lined the side panels and used hi-temp spray adhesive. Did the driveshaft cover and cranked it up.

I'm at 78 db idle via my phone app. I believe I have enough to do either the hood or the firewall w the fuel tank.

Never tried to put quite in anything. Or did you mean quiet?

I used the best soundproofing in the world. Lead.

You really think that spray adhesive is going to keep lead sheets on the side panels? :GoodLuck:

Let's see some pictures and let us know how it holds up.

Two-sided tape holds wheel weights on, if cleaned properly. I have no idea of the material he is using tho, without pics. :WWP:

Yeah..... but probably not next to a hot motor. :bigeyes:
