"New" to me 1210
Just wanted to put this out there, per my other thread asking about it, I ended up picking up the 1210 today. I have to say, it is in worse shape than I thought. Mostly the motor, but you can tell some of those "shouldn't have tools" guys worked on it. Wires coming out from under the seat to start it, engine missing tins, starter cobbled up, etc. I'll let the pics do the talking.
As for my plans for it, I think I've got an 82 series/style buddy that wants to snag it from me so this one will probably be going down the road shortly. http://s26.postimg.org/8ybqvd0cp/IMG...844_Custom.jpg http://s26.postimg.org/eu1350qa1/IMG...850_Custom.jpg http://s26.postimg.org/4l8lz7289/IMG...858_Custom.jpg http://s26.postimg.org/y32r8rzt5/IMG...909_Custom.jpg http://s26.postimg.org/wmr8qmww9/IMG...914_Custom.jpg |

Poor thing has seen a hard life. It could be saved but I'm not sure it would be worth the $$$.

For the record, I said keep..... not necessarily "keep together". :BlahBlah:

She is a little rough around the edges! Lol I like the spaghetti mess of wires coming from under the seat, that's awesome! And what did they do to the flywheel shroud? Yeah I'd say it's a parts machine.

Wow Ryan,
She is a tad rough around the edges. Glad it was saved and you're moving it too a good home. I like the speedo/odometer combo too. One fast cub. Oh, looks like you left the key on. Don't wanna run down the battery..............:biggrin2: |
