For Sale on a local "Spring Cleaning" site on Facebook. Guy says it has no compression but everything is there. He has $150 on it but I'm debating offering less and seeing what's up with it, possibly parting it out. What do you guys think? I'm guessing it's a 1210?

I can't read the model # on the tag Ryan.
What is it?

That's why I posted here, I can't read it either :HeadScratch: :biggrin2:

I'm just guessing it's a 1210 based on body style, manual lift, and a single cylinder Kohler.

771,xxx ser # so that's gotta be a 1988 model 1210...maybe. For that price who cares, go get it.:biggrin2:

The yellow fever says go get it now! But my brain says...what am I going to do with a machine with a bad motor? (Always assume the worst :biggrin2:)

Yeah, I agree. I had it narrowed down to a 680 or a 1210 since I couldn't read the serial number either. :biggrin2:

Worst case Ryan it needs another engine. 12hp aren't to hard to find.

Well I talked to the guy and apparently he used to mow lawns with it. He says he ran it low on oil and now when you try to start it it just spins way too fast (his words, not mine :biggrin2:). I think I'm going to make an offer and see what happens. If it goes through, great; if not, oh well. :beerchug:

You were just saying the other day you missed your 1050. Find a 10 HP to put in in and call Maple Hunter. Problem solved! :biggrin2:

Edit: Had a brain fart, this is a hydro. Duh

:biggrin2: Nice one!! I'm hoping the starter is having issues rather than the engine being bad but who knows.

We made a deal. I got it for $100 from him and I get to pick it up tomorrow evening. More pics and info to come! :beerchug:
